Human Capital Leadership Awards
The JML Australia Human Capital Awards seeks to find and recognise successful people in various positions throughout organisations in Australia.
This initiative is a celebration of Human Capital Success and JML Australia as the leader of this market space. JML Australia will be awarding the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, Human Resources Director, Sales Director, Marketing Director, Entrepreneur, Director (Executive or Non-Executive), Public Sector Leader and Financier of the Year categories. The Leader of the Year will also be announced at the JML Australia Human Capital Awards Inaugural Dinner.
JML Australia has developed a Competency Framework designed and benchmarked against Australian executives. The Competency Framework identifies the success factors within each of the categories and allows an objective and unrivalled accuracy in assessing individuals from diverse organisational backgrounds.
