There may be occasions when JML Australia obtains information about you from third parties: for example from your nominated referees, previous employers, previous work colleagues or professional associations, from the results of psychological or competency / aptitude tests, or from performance feedback from your previous employers.

If you do not provide JML Australia with the information we seek, we may be limited in our ability to provide you with our services and / or to find you suitable employment.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
JML Australia may use and disclose your personal and sensitive information for the purposes it was collected, or for a related purpose such as providing you with one of our services.
We may disclose your personal and sensitive information to:

  • Potential employers;
  • Organisations or individuals who conduct our aptitude, competency or personality assessments;
  • Referees;
  • Suppliers or services to JML Australia;
  • Any persons with a lawful entitlement to such information.

Your submission of a resume to JML Australia indicates to us your consent for us to do so.

We will never sell your information unless JML Australia is to sell its business or part of its business, in which case your information may be transferred to the buyer.

If at any time we decide to use personal and sensitive information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to approve or disapprove the use of the information in a different manner.
