In his current role as CEO of JML Australia Jon has successfully established, built, sold and integrated its Executive Search and Recruitment business into a International Listed Human Capital Group and developed and launched an International Search Brand. His previous venture was to grow and list a significant Australian Human Capital Organisation. His formative years and experience was earned with the ‘big 4’ professional accounting and corporate advisory firms internationally.
Jon currently leads JML Australia which now operates independently and organisationally as a unique Corporate Advisory, Consulting, Strategy, Financial, Brand and Human Capital organisation that facilitates business and trade in Australia as well as corporate, career and physical coaching to individuals.
Jon is well regarded and often been quoted in the media as an industry expert and is sought out for his can-do energy, ideas, advisory skills and network. He has a passion around facilitating business and trade, developing organisations “burning platforms” “purpose” “clarity and “alignment” and their profitable growth as well as the health, success and well being of individuals. He has a value set of family, business and sport that work together.

Jon is the founder and current Chairman of JML Australia. Areas of expertise include specialist executive search and recruitment practices, business advisory and business incubation.
Previously Jon was one of the formative shareholders and Executive Director of the HJB Group for 10 years. His background as a Chartered Accountant was established within audit and corporate advisory with KPMG and PWC in London and Sydney.
Jon has directly advised and worked with multinational public companies, government and private organisations of many shapes and sizes across the business landscape including Banking & Finance, IT&T, FMCG, Media, Government and Not-for-Profit.
